• Abrasive Waterjets will cut just about any material from plastic to hard tool steel.
• Most materials up to 50mm thick can be cut, and some materials 100mm.
• Parts sizes up to 2540mm x 1400mm.
• Cutting is within a tolerance of +- 0.127mm.
• A choice of five finishes, which can vary within sections of a part.
• Drawings can be accepted in .dxf format.
• Other Cad formats and G-Codes can be translated.
• We are happy to cut single items, short run prototypes or repeat multiple batches.
