We have two Omax JetMachining Centres which are perfect for waterjet profile cutting of virtually any material, getting maximum material yield with minimal waste.
- A standard tolerance of +/- 0.127mm and +/- 0.08mm over smaller areas. Positional acuracy of 0.025mm.
- Selection of cut finishes to optimise costs, variable within part.
- Virtually burr free, with no induced stresses and free from heat affected zones. Ability to cut small holes in thick materials.
- Maximum work envelope of 2500mm x 1400mm.
- Capability to cut thick and thin materials.
- Production direct from most Cad files, Illustrator .ai files and scanned images.
- Prototypes, production or limited runs.
