With our two Omax JetMachining Centres, which are perfect for waterjet profile cutting of virtually any material, and getting maximum material yield with minimal waste.
We can offer
- A standard tolerance of +/- 0.127mm and +/- 0.08mm over smaller areas. Positional acuracy of 0.025mm.
- Maximum cutting envelope of 2500mm x 1400mm.
- Capability to cut thick and thin materials.
- Selection of cut finishes to optimise costs, variable within part.
- Virtually burr free cut finishes, with no induced stresses and free from heat affected zones.
- Ability to cut small holes in thick materials.
- Production direct from most Cad files, Illustrator .ai files, .eps, .iges and scanned images. (Tolerances cannot be guaranteed with scanned images).
- Prototypes, production or limited runs.
- From our own process development, we can now confidently offer, a reliable CARBON FIBRE and COMPOSITE LAMINATE cutting service.
